I´ve just watched a great movie, directed by G. Clooney. It´s about jornalism and freedom of speech. It tells the story of a news broadcaster Edward Morrow and his crew, and the historical witch hunt propeled by junior Senator M´Cather
Morrow and his crew, after strong evidence, promote a campaign against the well known senator. Nonetheless, this struggle is folowed by tragedy and facts that would never end. They really believe in what they´re doing, but it seems on the whole, they´re fighting against wind mills
( Quixotesque struggle) if they won the battle, they lost the war.By the way, the film is black white, and there are real footage of M´Carther´s trials, scenes which really take you back in the early fifties.
